Growth and Partnership Intern
Garage Labs Technologies
- Team: Growth & Partnerships
- Location: Remote / Hybrid
- Type: Internship
- Experience: MBA student / Final-year undergrad
- Compensation: Stipend + Certificate (competitive, discussed at offer)
Run primary founder research to shape our flagship AI for Founders course — and build the partnership pipeline to launch it wide.
About the role
Garage Labs Technologies is a founder-first platform building products, communities, and content at the intersection of AI and startups. We help the next generation of founders leverage AI to build faster, smarter, and leaner. We are building a flagship course — AI for Founders / AI for Startups — grounded in real founder insights rather than textbook theory. In this role you do two things at once: build it right by running primary research with founders and helping construct a curriculum that reflects ground truth, and distribute it wide by developing relationships with accelerators, VC communities, EdTech platforms, and founder networks who can co-promote or bundle the course at launch. By the time the course is ready, the distribution pipeline should already be warm. Commitment: 3–6 months (flexible to your academic calendar), 20–25 hours per week, remote-first with optional in-person sessions. You report to the founder directly with weekly 1:1 check-ins. Strong performance can lead to a pre-placement offer.
What you will do
- Scout and interview 20–30 founders, then synthesize the conversations into a structured insight database (Notion / Airtable)
- Distil interviews into 5–7 core themes and a Course Blueprint, and help outline modules and lessons
- Source real founder stories and embed them as case studies in the course content
- Build a tiered list of 30–50 partner targets — accelerators, VC communities, EdTech platforms, B2B SaaS tools
- Run warm LinkedIn and email outreach and track the pipeline in a partnership CRM
- Pitch co-promotion, bundled access, guest modules, sponsored cohorts and affiliate deals — and hand over a committed pipeline
What we are looking for
- Researcher at heart — you dig deep, listen well, and run great primary interviews
- Strong written synthesis — you turn raw conversations into clear, usable insight
- Comfortable with cold outreach — you pitch value rather than ask for favours
- Organized and persistent — you keep a BD pipeline moving without being prompted
- AI-literate and founder-empathetic — you understand AI and earn trust on both sides
- MBA student or final-year undergrad (Business, Marketing, Communications or related), active on LinkedIn, familiar with Notion / Airtable / CRM tools
