• Live Gracious / Saki — End-to-end health platform for women across every life stage, paired with an AI tool for creative health content.
• Smart Shopping Concierge — Price scraper and comparison engine across e-commerce sites, built as a personal AI shopping assistant.
• Career Development Platform — B2B skill-mapping and personalised development planning tool for organisations navigating AI-driven workforce transitions.
• Government Content Intelligence System — Lightweight layer for internal government teams to check terminology consistency and citizen readability of public information, aligned to European accessibility standards.

Every one of these was built by someone who had never written production code before the cohort started.

Program Structure

10 weeks. Three phases. Real output.

• Phase 1 — Build progressively (Weeks 1–4) : Live weekend classes and weekday dev clinics where you go under the hood: set up Python and VS Code, learn core ML techniques, work with LangChain/LangGraph and Hugging Face, understand how modern LLMs differ from older RNN/CNN-based models.

Build increasingly complex AI systems — conversational, voice-enabled, retrieval-based, and agentic — with something shipped each week and mental models that outlast individual tools.

• Phase 2 — Group domain projects (Weeks 5–6): Work in small groups on real problems drawn from your industries. Build to Demo Day standard with a global cohort and mentor feedback every step of the way.
• Phase 3 — Individual capstone (Weeks 7–10): Pick a real business problem, design the architecture, build and deploy it end to end, then pitch it live on Demo Day to AI policy, transformation, and technology leaders, practitioners, and investors. Learners also get access to the Garage Labs venture ecosystem for potential incubation and go‑to‑market support.
