About this programme
The next generation of Product Managers will not merely use AI. They will build products where AI is the product. That shift introduces problems traditional PM training never covered: probabilistic outputs, non-deterministic UX, model selection, context engineering, retrieval, agents, evaluation, hallucination, latency, token economics, safety, and dependency on model providers.
AI Product Leader — 0→1 is a 12-week, build-first lab that treats AI product management as its own discipline. Every week produces working software and a decision-grade artifact — a PRD, a memo, an evaluation report, an architecture diagram. By Week 12, participants have shipped a real 0→1 AI product and can defend every decision behind it in front of a panel.

Product Managers, Senior PMs, Product Leads, and Product Owners with 5+ years of experience, strong product fundamentals already in place, and a clear goal: move into AI Product Management or AI Product Leadership. This program does not teach Product Management fundamentals — it teaches how product management changes when AI becomes part of the product itself.

Prerequisites
